We at "TLC Country Kennel" (Tessa Clark) Breeder guarantee our puppies for a year of genetic disorders from date of purchase. Meaning anything that is genetic  that will cause death or a life time of problems where the puppy cannot live a normal life. We @ "TLC Country Kennel " are not responsible for any injury or death that occurs after it leaves our Kennel.

We require you take your new puppy to the vet within 48 hours of receiving him/her or the following Monday if on a weekend.  "TLC Country Kennel" is not responsible for any  vet bills acquired at this checkup. The purpose of this checkup is to make sure the puppy has not stressed from shipping, change in water, or being in a new place,etc. Cossida  or girardia can both be brought on by stress and is not covered by this guarantee. This guaratee also does not cover cherry eye,worms,fleas, ticks, earmites, any kind of parasite, parvo (due to they have been boostered twice for it), or anything that can be treated and is not life threatening.The new owner is responsible for any cost of treatment for these items. We try our best to control these problems, but sometimes they occur anyway.

All deposits are non-refundable and will not be refunded for any reason.
  Puppies will only be shipped if temperature is between 20 to 85 degrees.

Proof  of genetic disorders must be proven by the following.

1) I must be sent a copy of all  treatment  that has been done to the puppy.
2) Must be proven by more than one licensed vet.
3) One of which that is not frequently used by you.
4) I need certified letters in writing by both licensed vets.
5) Also the disorder must be life threatening. If it is something that  the puppy can cope without disturbing he/she from living a normal life. Puppy replacement is the only option.

If you choose to return the puppy, because of the findings then the following will be  done when the puppy is returned before any replacement, partical refund, or refund up to the price of the puppy will be given or talked about.

1) Puppy will be examined by two  vets in my area. 
2) One of which is not frequenly used by me the breeder of "TLC Country Kennel".
3) Tessa Clark (Breeder) will also get certified letters by both vets stating their findings. 
4) If the findings are the same as you the new owners & from both vets I received letters from. Then I will be in contact on what proper action will be taken.

The following actions are possible if findings are correct.

1) Puppy replacement  is which  you can choose to have another puppy shipped to you of the same value or less. NO REFUNDS Will  BE GIVEN FOR  the other puppy being SHIPPIED BACK, OR VET BILLS that have been acquired .
2) Partial refund would be half of the price of the puppy back . This  is if you decide to keep the puppy even though there is a found problem, all rules apply as stated in the above proof of gentics list or partial refund will not be given & Puppy replacement is the only option available. DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COST OR VET BILLS &  "TLC Country Kennel" is not responsible for reinbursment on vet bills or shipping cost.
3) Refund on Cost of puppy will only be done if you ship the puppy back & findings by the vets from both parties are the same as stated in the proof of genetic disorders. Otherwise  if the findings are not agreed up on then the first two options will be the only ones to choose from. Also if you choose to send the puppy back you the owner are responsible for the cost of shipping & TLC Country Kennel will not be responsible for refunding this shipping.

If you choose to board this puppy  at a boarding facility for any reason while in your care "TLC Country Kennel" is not responsible for any boarding fees. This is something you have choosen to do. We at "TLC Country Kennel are also not responsible for any other extra cost that are aquired when this puppy is in your care.  If you decide he/she is not right for you & want to send them back you the new owner are responsible for all cost to send them back. You will not be intitled to any refunds if you change your mind about the puppy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER PUPPY HAS BEEN SHIPPED OR PICKED UP UNLESS OTHERWISE  STATED  IN ABOVE Genetic Disorders.
